It seems as though deadlifts have caused spots to show up on my forearms. It only happens when I go heavy with deadlifts, and it's happened I think twice. The spots are just little red spots, and when I'm in the middle of my deadlift workout, my forearms are very red, as if they're irritated. I don't scrape them against anything, and they don't even touch my body during the movement, but it's definitely being caused by deadlifting. Busted blood vessels or something? I dunno, but it's kinda weird... Anyone have a similar experience?
