i heard sumwhere that u can do squats holding tha bar behind ur back by ur ass, i wanted 2 know wut ur opinions on that were, i only ask cuz i dont have a squat rack n so i'm limited 2 squating only wut i can put over my head, only bout 90 poundz when i could probably fit 200+ on thurrr, i wuz thinkin bout it n i dont think it would work tha back tha same way but i can work my back different ways, i mainly wanna shred up my legz, thurrr already pretty big since i used 2 be fat, i did 100 squats wit 70Lbs before n i think a few squats wit 200Lbs would be alot better
