Squeezing in calories when at the job

I just started a new job...traditional Monday to Friday deal -- and, I'm finding it hard to keep on my diet right. Particularly, I can't bring 3000 calories of meals in my bag. I do have my protein drinks with extra virgin olive oil (as Built suggests), but if I'm training that day I need it for my workout.

I need help squeezing in as many calories as possible in an easy-to-do way. How do others stick to their bulking diets when at work? Thanks.
 
Pre-cooked chicken breast, tuna, fruit, nuts
 
Are you looking for certain macros?
 
I include all those things in my meals and snacks at work, but what I'm looking for are more calorie-dense foods (because I can't bring large meals with me). All of those foods, aside from nuts, are pretty lean. I need more substance.

How about some sloppy joes or otherwise cooked ground beef? Use a higher fat grind like 80/20 to get some easy calories in. Easy and quick to shovel in the mouth.

Peanut butter, bagels. If you really want a super rich shake, try using half and half. I did that once when I had some extra lying around, it was the most delicious but absurdly calorie rich protein shake EVER!

Organic/natural fruit roll ups(pureed fruit sticks)

Baked pita chips


I can make lists forever. What specifics are you looking for, proteins, carbs, fats?
