OK so im doing a serious bulk for 2 months and stacking a few supps on the side, everything is going as in my usual bulks but im kind of wondersing with biceps now, my arms/biceps are pretty nice and are responding good since i started doing the training technique that was posted on this board "get bigger biceps " or something like that i cant remember the name now... anyway... well since biceps are a small muscle group and you can overtrain them should i still do like 10-13 reps of a proper weight or should i go down to l;ike 4-7 reps on a really heavy weight for them to gain mass i gope i explained it good... and how many sets should i do??? i kinda know the answer but i always wanna check with all the people here who know 10 times more than me
