Stacker 2 Advice Please!

Hi

I bought a bottle of Stacker 2 yesterday and i was wondering if you guys could give me some advice on how i should take the pills.

Each capsule contains:

Proprietary Blend 520mg
Ephedra Extract (supplying 25mg ephedrine alkaloids), Kola Nut Extract (supplying 200mg caffeine alkaloids), White Willow Bark and Picolinate

i was wondering weather i should start off with 1 pill each day for the first week then move up to 2 pills a day on the second week, then 3 a day on the third week and keep it at that. or shold i just get straight in to them 3 at a time ?

the bottle says take 1 pill after a meal and do not exceed 3 pills daily

what you guys think? cheers

I would gradually work up to the full dose, exactly like you had it layed out.
