I guess i really want to cut up, i hate to loose muscle but i think my main goal should first be to loose fat, i was taking creatine, should i stop taking that since it does retain water, or can i still take it while cutting up? Also if i SHOULDNT take creatine i was thinking about taking stacker 2. My question is this... does the eca stack really cut fat, or just make you loose water? i havnt had a test done but id say im around 20+ body fat, at 160 pounds.. now what can i expect as an average goal to loos in say 12 weeks, i plan on using DP"s diet above in this forum, and very little cardio, but i do lift for a good 30-45 minutes 5 days a week, and walk 5 miles a day. would it be possible to cut my body fat down to 10-12% in 3 months or is this unreasonable? thanks

that's reasonable, as long as your diet is perfecto mundo... stacker 2 is ok... but I would recommend just buying some Ephedrine HCL and caffeine and making your own stack... you will save lots of money and get just as good if not better results...

just don't make the mistake of starving yourself...

Don't you think walking 5 miles a day is a bit much? I'd recommend that you clean up your diet and intensify your weight training sessions by focussing mainly on compound exercises like squats, cleans, snatches, deadlifts, pull-ups, pulls, presses etc., so you can create the opportunity to add lean muscle mass while stripping fat through the manipulation of macronutrient and caloric intake in your diet. If you must do cardio, I recommend HIIT interval training as opposed to walking, and only three times a week at the most. Diet is key, make sure you're eating flawlessly and training perfectly, THEN look at supplements and cardiovascular activity.

Typically I drop creatine when I cut. It bloats me too much. Also if you're worried about holding water, a) up your water intake and b) watch your sodium intake. I avoid things like canned tuna and eggs when I'm really trying to remove as much water as possible, and up my water intake by 20-50%. Also make sure you avoid dairy at all times. If you use cottage cheese, try to find the no-salt dry curd kind. Remember to carb up or refeed, depending on the diet you are on.

Peace.

Ok thanks for the advice, yeah i kinda figured i should quit the creatine to cut, i just dont want to loose muscle, so thats why i wanted to keep it, my main concern right now is body fat, so will do, as for my diet its very clean already, but i do need to make some changes. The only reason i walk is because i dont have much endurance when it comes to running, but i plan on doing some hiit stationary bike training so i think that will make the improvements im looking for.. thanks
