Stacking question

Stupid noob question here. As an intro, I am not considering stacking, but I see people with later cycles adding Deca and such to their cycles. Why? What exactly does Deca do that adding more test would not do? I have looked and looked and not found the answer here. People just post that they are doing it, and othes chime in "Looks great!" or "That's exactly what I am doing."

What does the Deca do?

Go into the profiles in the elite secition they have super detailed profiles of each aas. Membership is dirt cheap and worth it.
