Hi, I'm sixteen years old and have been a member at a local gym now for about 4 years. I trained untill 2002, then i injured my back. I started training about 6 months ago. I really want to just gain some weight and am in dire need of a good training schedule. At the moment i go to the gym 5 times a week:
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Shoulders
Wednesday - Back
Thursday - Arms
Friday - Neck and then legs
This all seems to be going well but i have only gained like 2 stone in these 6 months while i have been eating properly and having 3 Protein shakes a day.
Are there any routines that were/have been specifically written to help you gain weight quickly?
Help would be appreciated
