Started my Hdrol last week at 50mg. This week i bumped it up to 75mg. I don't know if it has kicked in or if it was Jack3d but i was really ready to go today. I usually would go with 150x10 165x8 and 180x6 but today i put 135 on the bar for warmup and it felt like it was just the bar. So i called my buddy over to spot just in case it was my mind playing tricks on me. I repped out 185x10 195x8 and 215x6. I honestly think next week i'm gonna start with 205x10 then go 215x8 and 225x6. My overall quick goals are to have all sets in the 200's and eventually get to where 225 is my first set which i can probally do now but it will only be about 6 reps and then i will have to decrease some weight but this is only the 2nd week of Hdrol. I take my cycle assist fish oils and taurine. of course whey protein. I haven't seen any signs of trouble but then again i don't exactly know what to look for besides bitch tits. I might read the Hdrol bible again. I know it would be like my 1000th read. Jack3d makes my face itch but it has become a trigger that lets me know it's time to move weight.
