I started Dmz last Sunday(1/29) and today while lifting I injured my shoulder. I have had this nagging injury for the last 6 weeks and figured I could just get threw it but I dont think I can without taking some rest and therapy. My question is should I stop taking the DMZ and rest my body for a couple of weeks. If so, am I alright just stopping the PH or do I need to take any of the PCT that I have. Its only been 4 days so I am not really that concerned but just want to make sure and get some advice from others. Thanks

I would say stop and do a pct just incase(you cant be sure without a blood-test if your are already shut down or not. better be safe), give yourself a month or so and take it easy then jump back.

I would venture to say that since you've only been on it for a few days, probably no need for pct. But I honestly don't know man. And yes, stop taking it.

Take few days off, then see how you feel. I messed up my elbow week 3 and took a full week off.

Am doing the same thing now. Haven't lifted in 5 days. Was thinking about giving it a try tomorrow.

Take some time off and see how you feel. If it's more than a week and you still aren't good to go I would go into a short PCT and rest up.

I'm with everyone else, take a week off and than see how you're feeling. And go get it checked out. Personally I've had a nagging shoulder thing going also, wen't to a Ortho and found out I have Impingment Syndrome which can lead to Rotator cuff tears. Anyways Cortizone shots are going to be the way the doc is going, only thing he said was to take it a litle easier on that shoulder for a bit.
