Hey guys, not a newb to AAS or this lifestyle but coming to this board and using a different name than I have on others, ready for a new beginning.
for the past... I'd guesstimate 4-5 months I have been kind of lax in the gym and not working very hard, just legit cruising. My social life and work schedule has been intense lately but with starting a new job soon things are beginning to smooth out and I am ready to transition back into this game and sport in a big way. I never quit training just did not have the time or motivation to get my body where I want it, well thats changing. I think it was a good break for me mentally and physically... but my lack of well defined abs at the moment are disagreeing.
Working on cutting some of the fat I have gained over the past few months while keeping my test low in preparation for my first real blast in what seems like a very long time. Trying to get real lean before I blast myself up to another level. Been back at it hard for about a week and a half and feeling good.
