Starting M1T, Please give me pointers

Im 20 years of age almost 21.. Im 6"1 170 - Im trying to get stronger and ripped, My buddy told me to start on m1t. Im currently taking one pill a day plus 1 liver pill. If you could please give me advice.. Thank You

I don't think it's worth the side effects, so you're taking 10mg/day? How long do you plan to cycle it and what do you have ready for PCT, I hope something strong like Nolva.
 
Yes im taking one pill a day 10mg.. i having nothing yet for pct... I have just been reading about and it is not making me want to take it.. What do you have in mind? I just want to get bigger and really cut...
 
What about Emurodol.. I think it is spelt incorrect but my buddy said its supposed to make you ripped fast
 
So you know nothing about M1T, you just started taking it because you're buddy told you to, no planned cycle, and you have no PCT?

If you have real M1T that is a very harsh steroid that can cause serious problems if not used correctly.

My advice, stop taking it now and learn A LOT more.

If you want to get big and ripped this does not come from a pill otherwise everyone would be big and ripped.

Emurodol? never heard of it, a proper cutting diet/nutrition will get you really ripped, but it takes time.

Maybe it needs more rest every week if you're in there all the time.

Time in the gym is not proportional to results earned. You need to learn proper program design and management of training variables, as well as how to structure a nutrition plan and eat the right things in large enough quantities.

Even if you had spent the time researching these steroids you were taking, you wouldnt have gained anything from taking them if your training and diet werent spot on. They are not a magic pill, like Prince said. For people to gain and KEEP their steroid gains, their diet and training needs to be EVEN TIGHTER than usual.

These arent things to mess with.

Come on, man - put some time in to LEARN about training and nutrition before you cop out because you "can't gain".
 
MInd you, alot of stuff posted here by young, naive guys is "stupid", but I guess it is good they are inquiring right?? At least they can have a bug put in their ear about what NOT to take or do through this forum. As easy as it is to think to ourselves "what the F**K DUMBA** ??" when these 20 yr olds post, we should try and educate or encourage other avenues and options. LMAO when SOXMUSCLE said he felt bad...thing is when a young guy like this isn't cocky or a little punk ass know-it-all like some of them, they are the ones we should be cool to and talk in a positive manner to. They actually listen like this kid and most likely will explore better ways to improve. The arrogant little bastards, we can tell them to pound sand out their asses and to quit being retarded.

they don't work, there are some supps that can help support and possibly increase hGH levels, but the sprays are crap.
 
I have been in the gym 3 days a week, running 40 miles a week, proper nutrition, Not taking anything, I bench 265 and I only weigh 160... Thanks for the advice guys.. I wont start taking anything intil i know more about it..
 
Its just a fatburner. I tried it and wasn;t impressed by it. You looking for a fatburner??
 
you weigh 160 and bench 265? thats pretty damn impressive. You must have gotten to that point with proper knowledge and know how of weight training and diet... my friend weighs 160 and he looks tiny lol... I cant even imaaagine him benching almost 270 pounds.

Good call on not taking steroids... if your running 40 miles a week, theres a strong change ur body has plateued... might I suggest mixing in some HIIT sprint intervals? I think thatd do you really well... you can keep doing your endurance running, but 2-3 times a week, replace it with some interval training, incoroprating sprints at 90-100% of your ability. That will suuurely kickstart your metablolism, and I can gauruntee that if you do that type of cardio regularly, with a proper diet, the fat will come off.
 
Yeah i mean i dont have fat i just cant get a 6 pack without flexing.. Good advice i might try the speed training...
 
If you truly can bench 270 at 160, you're doing something right.
