I have been cutting out simple carbs and have been strict on eating ever three hours and taking in about 100oz of water a day along with approx 3 hours of cardio a week, i dropped approx 8 pounds in a 2 weeks
my eating yesterday was,
4 egg whites 1 cup strawberries
1 scoop protein b4 gym with 1 scoop 1mr
2 scoops protein with blueberries and strawberries after gym (50 gram prot)
could eat real food so hit 2 more scoops of protien
2 pork chops grilled with broccolli, salad with o and v
then 2 small bags of peanuts
last meal- 6 grams chicken with grn peppers and a half cup of rice
I was 195 no around 188, i am 6'1 ectomorph
any suggestions
