At home... Duh
For my first bout with prop Ive so far been fine with pinning ED, I figured, why not right?...

Well now im 1 week in and im starting to feel like im runing out of places to stick myself... Id like to let each muscle rest 5-7 days? Is that pointless? should I just hit them every other day or two even if still slightly sore?

Yeah that's the reason I never did prop, just didn't like the frequency of the pins. Good luck, I hope you can get some workable answers here.

In my experience, the more you hit a muscle, the less it will hurt afterwards.

My legs used to swell so damn bad I'd limp for 5 days, and then my back would hurt from limping...

Now I only hit the legs, and I barely even feel any discomfort anymore.

I know prop is known to be painful, and my experience isn't with prop, but perhaps it still applies.

Start using smaller needles if you can. I use 27-29G 1/2 inch for my shoulders. You can't even feel that. I started using a 25G 5/8 in for quads and a 25G 1in for glutes. You can use a 27G 1/2 on a standard 3cc syringe with no issue at all. I use the 27G to hit my small muscles. Some guys will inject biceps, triceps, calves, pecs, and so on. I only hit triceps and pecs out of those though. The small muscles are not good for large volumes of oil. If you are using a Prop ester you can inject eod without a problem. Also heat the oil up when you inject it do not heat water based AAS though. Hope this helps you out.

TGB, why do you feel that small muscles are good for large volumes of oil?

Yeah, I thought this may have been a typo also..

But Thanks for the tips guys, Right now im only using 4 sites: shoulders, Quads.

The good news is im using some very smooth prop, so not too sore but Im just not sure how long I need to wait between hitting the same sites...

Another words how long does it take for like 1ml of oil to be dissipated in a muscle? For me Personally I wouldn't pin over 1.25 - 1.5ml in shoulders in one shot. But If I pin 1ml wait a day and pin 1 more ml in the same shoulder is this sufficient time for it to be absorbed between shots?

Sorry guys that was a typo. I meant are not good for large volumes. I am going to edit that post now so it is right.

No glutes? Personally thats where I always stick, and back in the late 90's before we knew all the info that is out now I would just alternate right and left and stick in a different area. As for gauges, again personally, I use a 20g and call it a day. After a few sticks you just get used to it. Like the old saying "No pain, no gain".

To the OP if you can learn to hit your ventro glute, You will be in a good place as far as rotation of sites go.

Is there something bad about doing this?

Also it is recommended that each injection site have a period of 2wks between injections to prevent irritation but not many follow this. It is best to rotate. I noticed after injecting in the same spot for some time that I began to get more blood after the injects. I rotate faithfully now. No reason not too.

No reason to use 20 gauge imo... Has nothing to do with pain as ive never felt anything from any gauge. Scar tissue is the reason not to use large gauge imo

This is correct. Using a 20G to inject is not a good idea. 20G needles are for drawing out of vials. They are too big to be stabbing yourself with. Each time you do it you are taking out a big piece of skin. That is going to build up some horrible scar tissue. There is no reason for this. The biggest IMO is 22G I personally don't ever use bigger than a 23G and prefer 25G and smaller.

2 week? Thats seem like a lot TGB, for me the less often in an injection site the more irritation I get during a cycle... I feel like 3-4 days is a good happy medium for me, and about half way in I dont feel any irritation.
