So I was planning on starting a cycle after the first of the year and I thought it would be a good idea to go in and take a physical to make sure im running at 100% but I feel great so the only thing I can think of that might cause me problems is staying hydrated because I work in a hot environment and sweat a lot and I really have a problem keeping fluids handy to drink because most the time Im wearing a mask or lying on the ground working so I try to make it up in the evenings but get sick of water quick. So Im askin is there anything I can drink to help me stay hydrated besides water or alter the water a bit to help because right now I just water everything down? any suggestions? and what if I get dehydrated while Im in a cycle
