Stenandiol u heard of it?

I just ordered stenandiol 3 some protein aminos my brother used the first stenandiol and liked it. So has anyone used it and do they like it I'm 6'3 195 and pretty fit I'm lookin to get Big so how much do u thing i will gain in 1 month I've hit a plateu and tryin to get right for spring break. any info would help

that's an understatement. there is NOTHING revolutionary in that stack. you would be better off focusing on your diet and couting calories. supplements don't make you big, food does.

ok i got it for 45 a month and i do count calories that is why i'm ordering it so back to my question has anyone tried it and what do you think about it.
