hi there

Im new in this forum, i have always been very skinny, but got some improvement in weight now but i still need much more.

ive been training almost an year so far.
30 years old
77 kgs
1.86 cm

im very confuse but im thinking about deca and dianabol cycle. need some help!!

any sugestions??

testosterone Enanthate 500mg each week
deca 400mg each week
dbol 30mg ed weeks 1-4 or 1-5
aromasin

seems to be a common first cycle for everyone

read for a few days and things will be less confusing
 
im also thinking to take super pump pre-workout, whey and casein proteins, and of course lots of food...
 
do more research. steroidology, silownia, and tnation really helped me out. however be warned i think a lot of people abuse gear. the general concenus for a first time user is at least 500mg of a long acting ester. from what ive seen. sometimes less is more. but make sure to get blood work done before u began a cycle. im surprised i dont see more advice on getting blood work done before and after a cycle when it comes to this forum.

If you're set on using, go with a basic test only cycle at 500 mg per week pinning 2x a week for 10-12 weeks. I'm on it now and it's great! No need to stack first go and this will allow you to see if gear is for you or not. Get clomid, nolva and an AI and you will be g2g. You can put on 20 lbs easily if your diet and training are "on". Good luck.

True, but I'm not going to let it be because I told him what to do or not to do.

Bottom line: A screw up is bound to happen, it's not worth the time to help if nobody is going to listen. Several people have already told him not to and he is just ignoring it.

I know that it sounds bad but, I'm not comfortable giving opinions to someone who (in my opinion) has little training and diet experience. AAS is not a quick fix. The guys who are big or ripped have paid their dues through the years, yes YEARS.

The physical part of this game is easy it's the dedication to diet and consistency that are the difficult part. Training for "almost a year" translates to me "I need a quick fix and I think AAS will do that for me, even if I know nothing about HOW to train and eat" which just happens to be 80% of everything, again, in my opinion.
