Still haven't heard a response about missing piece of my order?!?

It has been 9 days since I last emailed them regarding a bottle of test that was missing from my order and I have had no reply. I really hope that it has been shipped already since it was supposed to be in an earlier package, but WTF...

I'm starting to be really frustrated that it wasn't there in the first place. No offense to Naps as a whole but how hard is it to look a small order sheet and place the right stuff in the order?!?

Go into your account on the support site and i bet there was an answer you just didnt get the email or it went into your junk folder.

I agree with the above post. That was my first thought. NG would have given you a notice by now.
 
Athough they did screw up the original package, This post was my mistake I actually did have a response in my junk box(that I had already opened)... busy as hell lately and must have forgotten
 
It's best to formulate a ticket on their website. I had an item missing from last order but they will add the item to my next order as long as I mention the ticket that was created about this so they know I'm not bullshitting them. I have no reason to doubt they'll make good on it.
