A couple of my 16 year old friends are doing this 10 sets of 10 rep bench routine like 3 times a week. I am yelling overtraining but yet actions speak louder than words as they say and they are deffinately making good gains in "strength" not so much in size. They have both chocked on 40 pounds onto their 1 rep max in a couple of months. Just wondering why this is working?
