i injured my shoulder about 2 months back and now the docs doing accupuncture on it. im back at the gym but im looking for a way to strengthen this muscle group up again before going back onto heavy lifting any suggestions on how this is done ? even the personal trainers on here how do u bring up clients back from injury if u have to ?

a sore one lol

right shoulder front delt head doing pullovers

go really light weight and more reps?

How many docs refer patients to accupuncture? The one's that give up.

Nerve thing? Extremely slow to heal. No punn, your gonna have to feel it out!

Info is missing, I'm sure.

are u suggesting that or guessing that ?

Suggesting, and Guessing. I am not sure of your injury otherwise i'td be a suggestion, so lets say both. Im sure if you do more reps and light weight it might do better for you. If you get an answer from Cowpimp or P-Funk its better.

What do you mean "a sore one?" There is usually a name for an injury. That is, what type of tissue was injured, what type of injury it was, and possibly a grade of injury. Did the doctor do any kind of diagnostic (Muscle testing, movement screening, MRI, etc.)?

Give her a call and see if you can find out. You're going to be hardpressed to get any kind of good information without some type of definitive diagnosis.
