i trained chest & shoulders yesterday (on the P/RR/S) its power week, so it was heavy, and this morning i wake up sore as hell haha...on my left side where the chest meets the shoulder, in that armpit area theres stretch marks. never there before. is it possible to get stretch marks overnight?? they actually look like cuts more than anything.im wondering if it was one particalur exercise (dips) that caused this.
if it helps, i did:
DB bench (3x4-6)
incline bb bench (3x4-6)
weighted dips (2x4-6)
hang clean & press (3x4-6)
shrugs (7x10)
1 Arm Lateral (2x6-8)
