I have just been on a really effective diet and have lost 3 stone (42 Ib), While on the diet I haven???t done any weights as it was a low carb diet so didn???t really feel like training. Now that I have lost the weight I am really keen to get some muscles back, as I am now looking a little puny (in my eyes) I am currently putting a diet plan together to help me gain some size but I am so worried about gaining FAT, after all my hard work!
If I keep my carbs to a minimum do you think it will delay my results even if I keep my proteins nice and high? Any tips for striking a good balance would be gratefully received,
