This study still is inconclusive. 13 is not a very large group, one the subjects condition actually did worsen from a 6 to a 7, but this is not unheard of over a 2.5yr time scale, and it was only 7.5% from the group.

They didn't mention the dose administered, but I'm confident it was a mild TRT dose, not a bodybuilding dose. So I wouldn't say this proves their is no link. But it does show that TRT may still be an option for those who fear prostate health issues. Personally I think it deserves a larger budget for further investigation. I'm glad to see some new studies on AAS none the less as their haven't been many in several decades.
