2 Chicken breasts
1 Onion
1 Bunch Of English Spinache
2 Mushrooms
1 Egg Yoke
2 Rashes of Bacon (Fat cut Off)

Using a sharp knife, thinly (1CM) slice the breats into fillets, and using a light mallet, lightly use the mallet on the fillet until very tender.
Light cook spinache, onion, mushrooms, bacon into a pan, using lite oil spray.
Mix together until, spinache is cooked and onions browned. '
Place the stuffing onto the fillet and roll, using the skin to hold together. Paste the rolled fillet with egg yoke and cook into oven at 180Deg for 45mins
Once cooked, strip the skin from the fillet and serve.
Not sure what the Carbs are, but im sure its a low carb meal
