Suggested Workout Routines

Currently I do arms one day chest the next day and back and shoulders the next followed by a day off, then repeat. Do you guys suggest this routine or more parts on the same day follwed by more days off or what to get big?
Im not sure if im over training or under training.
 
Did you forget that you have legs?
