Hello everybody, I'm new to these forums. I'm 22 years old and have always been very thin. I have started to get into putting on some mass and bulking up. I plan on working out 3 days a week (Mon, Wed & Fri) and allowing my days off for rest. However, I'm not very certain on what parts of the body I should be working on the days I'm working out. Should I go full body everytime I work out or dedicate each day to upper or lower body? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
