Leslie or anyone who is in NPC, I am in the process of calling the seamstress to get suits done, does anyone know exactly how many because I can not seem to find info anywhere on what exactly I need. Like do I need two black suits and two colored suits, black for prejudging??? And do I need black heels for prejudging???? The info on all this in this area is awful!!!!! Any help would be great!!!

SS - You only need 2 suits. A 2 piece and a 1 piece. Thats it. Then whatever shoes you want.

Ok because t6he rules and regs I have read are totally saying another thing, That is just so cunfusing LOL Thank you Jodi :)

then you dont go by the same rules as the IFBB?

see that is what i thought because if you go to the ifbb site and go to the amateur rules, they say you have to have black suits and black shoes and colored suits and the other shoes for the evening show.

Jodi is correct. A one piece, any color and a two piece any color. No thongs are allowed, they say 3/4 butt coverage, but most girls do 1/2 coverage. They will check this prior to hitting the stage. If you seamstress is experienced in making figure suits, she will ask you what federation. The only thing I am aware of not allowed is "the wet look" material. Most girls use satin or crushed velvet:)

Shoes are totally up to you as well. The key here is something simple, so not to draw attn away from your physique. That is why most girls opt for clear heels. Hope this helps;)

:) THANK YOU!!!!!!

Welcome:) Let us know what suit style and colors you picked!
Its so cool we are all competing around the same time. Mine is the day before Jodi's comp.
