I'm new stats are 6ft 2in 245 about 14-15 body fat. College football player, my hobbies include lifting, eating, sleeping, having intercourse, beating kittens and long walks on the beach under the stars. Don't know what else to say just here to learn some shiz. Been lurking around the forums for quite some time now, this and a few others. This is the only one ive actually joined because it seems like there's a lot of knowledgeable people here and there's not *too many* sassy boys that just spew a bunch of bs and come on here to get hot with the keyboard and be Internet tough guys. So go ahead people don't be shy, give me a quick hello so I can get to know some of you mofos. My Xbox is broke and I've already got my lift in for the day so ill be creeping on this shiz adllll.

In response to you muscle I pretty much do a basic training split back/bis, chest/tris, ect.. I got some pretty good endurense as I've been wrestling along with playing football most my life. My diet... Honestly isn't fantastic lol. I mean it's not like I'm downing fast food but its not perfect either. I eat 5-7 decent meals a day most of them high cals and protein not a crazy amount of carbs. Hoping to get my diet on point here soon.
