im 22 and been lifting on and off for about four years now and i pretty confident ive reached my natural peek. so i been serously considering going on the juice, only this would be my first time and im not really sure what to start out with. i was gonna get the 1 bottle of deca 200mg stacked with the oral 5mg and some other people are telling me i might wanna get some test. with that to. what do you guys think?
 
I think you should read up a little before you jump into anything. :thumb:

At your weight you need to eat and lift.
 
yeah, just do heaps of research, its not something to jum into lightly. Read all the posts and sticky's, do some searches on the net, ask people at the gym. Most people here will tell u test only for first cycle.

what about P.C.T?

I think by your statement that your a complete dummy.
 
Search button. Use it. There's like a million archives of the same first cycle questions on here. But most will tell you Test only first cycle and no more than 500mg, although I think you can run less and still see decent results.

If you have been lifting on and off for 4 years, it would be hard for me to say that you have hit your natural peak just yet. Commit yourself to staying in the gym and sticking to a solid schedule first for awhile.
