Thats exactly what I do and I highly recommend it to everyone. I take 5g before and 5 g after. (I dont actually take it with my protein shake, I take it like ten min later, but thats neither here nor there.)
i usually take 5g before and after - and say screw loading , it is pointless, and annoying, i usually gain round 10-13lbs in 6 weeks on creatine, and keep 7-8 after so this is good.
