My end results for super dmz and this is with missing half of my last week due to working out of town.

Weight gained 17lbs

Weight increase on average: 30 lbs

mood swings: no
roid rage: no
Complaints: I felt like shit for a week

Is it worth the 53.00 I spent: Yes

Will I use Ironmaglabs again?: maybe, I am going to try a more heavier All in all happy with my first cycle.

i just started this 10 days again, and i can already tell its taking effect. i feel tighter and get a real good pump while working out. I can't wait to see what kind of a jump i have this week because i hit it pretty hard this past week. I did metha-drol extreme last year and that stuff is legit as well. It's water weight and retention but your strength will go out the roof. I hit my personal bests on all my lifts with that stuff but super dmz seems just as legit.
