Alright so here's the deal. I picked up a bottle of a superdrol clone from a friend called Muscle Fortress Methyl V Xt. It's actually 10 mg superdrol and 50 mg max-lmg. I was checking it out today, and it apparently doesn't contain superdrol at all.

Superdrol - 2a, 17a, dimethyl 5a-androstan, 3-one, 17b-ol

Methyl V - 2a, 17a, dimethyl 5a-androstan, 3-one, 17a-ol

How much would that alpha isomer change the effects of the drug? And what compound am I looking at here?

That is mislabeled... You already have 17amethyl, can't have 17a hydroxyl group too... It's referring to its position on 17 carbon... There's not to a positions.....

that should say there are not two alpha(a) positions....
have you tried it? my guess is they just labeled it that way to side step the law a bit(figured it would take them a minute to catch onto their mislabeling).. if it is legit, they will probably sell it til they get a cease and desist letter...
and, on the other hand, they could just be trying to take advantage of people looking for clones....and there is no sd in it

either way, there is no possibility of making the listed compound... so, it isn't what the label says...
