Superdrol Cycle advice?

180 lbs
17-18% Body fat
2 years workout/dieting experience
6 months anabolic research

Routine:
Compound movement exercises mostly.

Diet: 3500-3800 calories a day approx. at 6-7 meals per day. 150g + of protein. Emphasis on complex carbs except for pre-workout when I need short term energy.

proposed Anabolic:

Superdrol 10mg/20mg/30mg

PCT:

SERM: Clomid
AI: 6-OXO
Liver support: Liv52

What dose of clomid and 6-oxo? Should any of these two be taken during cycle?

I need to make sure I buy the right quantity. Thanks!

I know there are other things I can buy to induce proper test levels post cycle but I am on a strict budget so let me know if it truly is necessary. Thanks.

Btw this would be my first cycle ever. I hope to achieve 15 lbs of lean mass. Superdrol and a few other pounds are much easier to come by and safer in terms of knowing what you're actually getting so that's why I chose it.
 
nolva over clomid and your bf is too high, how tall are you?
 
I would spend the next 6 weeks or so dialing in your diet and getting it on point where it should be...then you can maximize the bennies of Superdrol better. Get the diet down pat, and then possibly get into the SD..it is a carb hungry beast and that is what you need to really gain on it.
 
I would wait till your under 15%bf and m-drol is not a good choice for a 1st cycle at all.
 
^Will do. Thanks for the advice. Losing bf isn't hard for me. I can easily get down to 15% with caffeine or thermogenic pills and cardio, and decrease in carbs. Has S-drol been shown to increase fat substantially? I guess I would expect a little bit of fat increase because of the amount of calories I'll be taking in but I hope it isn't too overwhelming.

Also, what is the recommended dosage for Nolvadex? I'm looking at my source which is offering 20mg x 30 tablets. S-Drol is supposed to be one of the least likely to cause gyno, correct? Should I take Nolvadex while on cycle to be on the safe side? Would I be better off taking Phera plex? Out of all the sides, I'd say gyno is my biggest concern.

I'm also reading that an AI like 6-oxo isn't effective for PCT. This sh!t is really confusing with all this conflicting information. I don't want to waste money but I want to be on the safe side.

I'd up your protein cals, too. If you're currently at 180lbs and consuming around 150gs of protein, that's not even 1g per 1lb of bodyweight. Try getting that ratio, if not 1.5g per lb of bodyweight - especially on cycle.
 
Agree with all the advice so far.

At 6' and 180 lbs, how can you possibly be 18% bodyfat two years into lifting?
 
^I think Mags answered that question. I could have probably used more protein and maybe more calories. I'll have to check into a weightgainer to help with that. I also don't have the best genetics for growth. My routine was definitely down pat but I admit my diet was lacking.

^Well, I'd like to know how guys in prison get so damn big, then. I highly doubt they have access to 4000 calories or more a day, let alone quality fresh food and 200-300 grams of protein. My dad was in prison and got huge in a matter of about 3 and a half years. He said it was because he worked out so much - you don't have much else to do with your time. It seems to me working out is much more important than diet. Are there any studies that have shown that 4000-5000 calories and 200 grams of protein a day can all be utilized in the process of building muscle?
 
How, exactly, do you think that lifting weights adds muscle to your body if you don't increase your calories over your maintenance?

Please use small words. I'm still recovering from yesterday. ;)
 
Don't get me wrong, I know you need MORE on cycle, and after to maintain gains but I just hear these crazy stories about 6000-8000 calories being "prime". I already eat like a horse compared to a normal person's standards. I just know so many people with great bodies that have normal diets. Personally I think the importance of calories is blown a little out of proportion. My guess is that the body reacts and becomes more efficient in absorbing nutrients that it needs but I'm no biology major. I hear people talk about taking multi-vitamins on cycle after they claim their diet is perfect anyway, and we all know if you have excess vitamins in your system you just end up p!ssing it out.
 
I agree that superdrol is not ideal for a first cycle.

Looking to gain 15 lbs of muscle in three weeks is obsurd. If you did gain it, you wouldn't keep it with your diet.

Your diet needs a serious overhaul.
 
^I plan on increasing caloric intake as well as protein from now on. I'm making more money now so it shouldn't be a problem to buy weight gainer every other week or so to help with the diet. I'm also going with Havoc/Epistane instead of Superdrol since (from my research) it has less sides on avg. I'm starting with a low dosage the first week to sort of test the waters.
 
You don't need to buy weight gainer:
Grind raw oatmeal to flour in a coffee grinder
Into a blender toss the following:

  • a scoop of any protein powder you like the taste of
  • a scoop of dextrose
  • a scoop of oat flour
  • a shot of olive oil
  • milk
  • ice cubes
  • shot of Hershey's syrup

Blend and chug.
 
^Wow, I can't believe I never thought to look something like that up. That's a great idea. That should save a lot of money. I never thought about grinding oats into a powder.
 
There you go. Oh, and dextrose is cheap at places that sell beer and wine-making supplies. You may see it as "corn sugar".
