I'm 21 years old. 5'10. 186 lbs. I have been lifting since I was 16 on and off (and when I say off, I mean there will be 2-3 months when I am completely abscent from the gym due to work etc..) Since I can remember I have had every friend around me take a pro-hormone at one point and had the kind of results in one month that I barely get in a year. All 4 years of highschool I constantly turned them down during wrestling and football. I did not amuse the notion of taking them although saying it was tempting does not describe it. Anyways I'll get to the point. I have a very good frame and I would say I'm as noligible as the next guy when it comes to lifting. I am becoming a firefighter and I have the physical part of the exam coming up in a few months and I want to do emaculate. BUT for the life of me..I cannot get rid of my spare tire. I have had a little extra fat on my lower stomach and love handles since i can remember. I also cannot break 200 lbs. I have tried through countless diets. I am taking one of the two products listed in the title..I would just like a more professional opinion then mine on which one to take. Any advice would be appreciated. thank you
