im 40 years old
lifting since 86 but didnt lift for ten years (94-2002). start up again in 2002 but took six months off due to injuries till dec 2005 and have been lifting since dec 15 steadily--4 times a week
basic split for bodybuilding 2 parts each time--dont do tri/bi
monday lower ;chest 3 exercise of 5 sets x 5, heavy upper abs
tues: back 3 x 5x5, lower back
wed cardio; basketball
thurs; shoulders one week db press, next week raises, shrugs, and lower abs, obliques
fri; legs 6-12 sets of squat, some hams , heavy upper chest 5x 5x5
basically im doing a pre strength routine then ill shift to a 3 day 5x5
I have been taking some on gold whey morning, after workout and at nite when i get home
Every workout my strength has been going up--
try to eat good and drink lots of water--
so what im looking for is something that can help me increase strength alot more
I would like to try creatine but there are so much choices;
I dont want harsh tasting stuff that sticks to my throat and cause me to cough or bloating and that kinda of stuff---
anavol seems like good creatine but who knows its new and no xplode who knows
also my nephew said satur8, swole, v12 and noz were good for him
So much choices like i said it hard to determine whats best
