ok i am just getting back into the gym and i would like to see some quick results
these are the supplements ive been told help

whey protein isolate (higher calories)

L-arganine (no2 i believe?)

L-glutamine

a creatine stack

i do not know much about testosterone boosters or if they are necessary or how benificial they are

my goal is to gain an initial amount of mass off this stuff, and then cut down to maybe 2 basic supplements when necessary besides the protein

so here are my questions
1-am i missing any main supplements here?
2-are there better forms of the ones ive listed
3-which do you find are most effective

first off if your diet isn't up to par, then these supps will just be a waste of money.

Whey Protein is fine
NO2- don't waste your coin
Glutamine-don't waste your coin
Creatine- is fine (Creatine Ethyl Ester)
Don't bother with testosterone boosters.

Add in Fishoils and a multi-vitamin, along with a kickass diet and you will be set.

Watch the Cod liver oil, as it contains Vitamin A and D, which are fat soluble vitamins. People mainly consume Cod Liver oil in the northern hemisphere during the winter, cause of less sun exposure.

Add a multi, fish oils, a solid bulking or cutting diet, and a t-booster is not necessary or essential, but they do certainly help. In terms of t-booster's, look into picking up Activate, Fenotest, Rebound XT, or Diesel Test. All of those are solid viable options.
