I know you guys are talking about a lot of individual supplements. But I'm just wondering what I should take besides eating right and working out.......
Im off to head to the store today and I know if I ask the there what else I would need he will bs so Im asking you guys..
So far Im thinking
-flax/fish oil
-whey protein
-cell mass (I know I can prob make my own but I want to buy for the first bit)
I'm wondering what else I can be taking with combinations with this stuff....just some info im 20 178lbs or so. I'm not really looking to bulk just get ripped/toned first then worry about bulking later...do you think i should get just a pure creatine as well or does cell mass substitute for that? Anything else you guys can think of that I should get that works really good? (money is no object)
