i'm 6'2, about 215, hoping to maximize this, up to 230, then cut down over 6 months or so. I'm starting my squats at probably 230 (was doing 15 rep sets of 225) hoping to get above 300. Assume my diet is clean otherwise and 80% of my milk intake (not a gallon, maybe between 2 to 3 litres-4 litres/ gallon) is skim milk. I'll take protein shakes post workout and casein protein at night and creatine post workout. What other extra supps would maximize the results?

Why skim milk? You're trying to gain weight man, drink the good stuff.

Also, I would start at 20 reps of 225. There's a surprisingly large difference between 15 and 20 reps.

For supplements, all you need is creatine, a multi, and fish oil. You don't need anything fancy.

i'm trying to gain muscle, not just weight. I dont really care what i weigh, just want to fill out and be lean by next may, so keep as much fat off as possible.

and about 6-8 weeks ago i was doing my squats at about 210 for 15, decided to try a 20 rep workout, figured i'd try 225 and did it fairly easily, insomuch as 20 reps can be. So since i've gained in the 15 reps, i'll put a bit more on.

what about BCAAs, glucosamine, CLA etc etc?
