I've heard that some supplements can cause severe side effects like horrible dreams, cold sweats, the squirts, horrible body odor, and vomiting, I'm a full time student and I can't afford to be running to the bathroom to shit my brains out after every period. Is there any kind of pill or drink or anything that a store like GNC would sell that would help eliminate the side effects of these supplements?

You have to be more clear than that....What supps have you head does that? There is no anti-puke/dizzy/poopsywoopsy/cough/sniffle/nauscious/anti side effect supplement to take for your supplements made to my knowledge. Although this could be a market I could dominate in if there is a need.

wow, the only thing I can think of that even remotely relates to your description is that some people get the shits from nitric oxide.... other than that, I have to agree with egodog... you lost me

Some nutritional supplements side effects are triggered by your pre-existing health conditions, medical history, or treatment. For example, some people with asthma may be allergic to a higher dosage of Vitamin C. Family history should also be considered; those with a family history of diabetes, high blood pressure/hypertension, kidney stones, and reflux nephropathy are at risk of nutritional supplements side effects such as kidney failure when taking supplements like creatine.

it cn happen because everything you take is a supplement

your brain needs to get use to it....ive been their done that.... use a good omega-3 fish oil product to avoid the loss of efa's in your diet that should keep your dreams in tact lol ;)
