3 weeks ago status: 5'9 162lbs
Currently: 170lbs and climbing. Also getting stronger more so then bigger.
Ive gained 1 inch everywhere except 1/2" on my forearm
Supps I am currently on.
*Multi Vit
*Flex seed oil
*Protein Oats and Whey
*Protein Isolate
*H-Drol
*Pre workout
*post Workout (serum)
Can't give all the credit to the supps, Ive been at the gym 5xs a week going to failure. Also including legs. and most importantly my diet is in check.
Its a combo of everything but supps give ya the little edge and the pumps have been great.
Also starting to run PCT(nolvedex XT)
