Unfortunately since I compete a few times a month I'm frequently tested for steroids, I was wondering if there is anything I can take before a fight or during training to improve my efficiency?
Right now I'm just taking the basics, Protein Monohydrate, Creatine Ethyl Ester, and NO Shotgun. Any other recomendations?

It says 100% Whey Protein, maybe I'm thinking of something else that says Monohydrate on it. That's embarrasing for me.

I think it's Protein Isolate, don't take my word for it I'll find out when I get off work for sure.
The Creatine is definitely Ethyl Ester, it says CEE in big letters on it.

Citrulline Malate, sure that is effective as well, I included it in my Maximum Pump product (now discontinued).

You really just need to do a quick search. Check our board sponsor, or many other various places on the net. GNC is pretty much the first place all newbs will go, but there are much cheaper places out there.
Palo Alto Labs has Incarnate which I recommend. It has beta alanine for endurance, cissus for joints, and is competitively priced.
