I know diabetes hits close to home for a few memebers here and I'm sure many have friends or know of someone with diabetes. While it is something that can be treated it can also drastically affect people's lives, especially children. Research has developed new treatments, medications, glucometers, and insulin pumps that have improved lives, however a cure has not been found yet. Hopefully a cure is in the near future, but that requires support and funding from family, friends and strangers. Thank you for supporting me and everyone with diabetes.
