I find it interesting that a couple of your do not feel that measurements are important, nor do your know what your bf% is.

My question is this:

Why do you know what your bodyweight is then? What makes that measurement important and not the others?

Good point, it's not more improtant, but it's a hell of a lot easier to find.

Height: 6'1"
Weight: 240
BF%: 16 (The Air Force makes me get measured to ensure I meet the standard.)
Age: 39

Body Part Measurements: Don't know any of them.

There's a scale at my gym that I use once a week or so, I haven't had my fat tested since November of last year, don't see the point of spending the $15 to get it done.
What's important to me is that the weight I can lift is still going up, I figure if its going up then I must still be growing as well.
