Pretty stupid, because if anyone ever questions it eBay does keep records and you can rest assured they aren't going to feel ANY kind of obligation to spend hundreds of thousands to protect your ass from the feds.

Is it a privacy issue? Sure, but do you think the public would sympathize with you at all when you are buying evil steroids? Only a handfull of people would view it as a privacy issue because of the nature of the product being payed for.

That would be like expecting AOL to protect you, when they had employees sifting through member profiles and calling up the Navy to let them know who was gay

I sold m1t on there up until almost a month ago, when I got banned too. I fought it hand and foot, but they stuck to their guns. They claimed that M1T is illegal.

How is this a political issue? eBay management want to reduce their potential liabilty and mitigate bad publicity. While you may disagree with their terms and conditions it's a business issue, not a political one.

Just messin around, although I knew you'd pop in with a response.

Banning the sale of M1t, or ephedrine for that matter, was not part of their terms and conditions. I just find it ironic that they are located in California, the same state than already bans the "import" of some ph/ps. (Even more ironic with Arnold in office.)

I argued with them until I was blue in the face, , but they insisted it was illegal. If they honestly wanted to reduce potential liability, they would not allow hundreds of items that they currently allow. We both know that.

With all that said though, I didn't mean to turn this into a political issue. Sorry 'bout that.

They reinstated my account after a month. People still sell M1T and ephedrine, though. Not me. I just had a few bottles to get rid of, and sold them here instead.

I would buy stuff from a website oversea's before thinking about buying on ebay. Thats asking to get busted. Thats if you don't get ripped off and busted...then thrown in jail for being a dumbass....then get railed by bubba because your a biotch...hehe...ok I'll stop now....anyways...people that sell or buy anything like that on ebay deserve what they get.
