Hi there guys,

On page two of the forum posts i asked if anyone new of the best way to use sust250. I referred to an article i once read but could not find again. Well...Well i found it and it is a good read on the way to use sust250.

Please read it and comment it makes good sense to me what do you think???

Ack! Please don't listen to that article. It's loaded with inaccuracies and meathead logic.

It's not like if a test isn't over a certain threshold it does nothing. 30mg of prop on its own may not do much, but it's certainly putting muscle on, especially on the second shot and beyond, where your test levels are already higher than normal levels. But he's implying that those 30mg of prop go to waste unless you time it. That's laughably stupid.

The author has no clue about omna (the formulation has stayed the same), doesn't have the foggiest idea how esters work (They simply slow depot release, they're removed as soon as the steroid hits the blood stream, by esterase), he still believes in virgin receptors...

In other words, print that article out and wipe your butt with it. No, better yet, laugh at it and write the site an e-mail telling them their content sucks.

Righty. That's the one. Not yours... In fact, I thought the link in your post was a sig. Now that I read it... yes, I agree with your assesment. Sust DOES act remarkably like a single ester AS. Try telling that to the guy who believes the 90mg of short ester tests are wasted! lol
