I'm wrapping up week 8 of a planned 15 week primo bulking cycle (200mg primo EOD, 40mg test e EOD). Would it be a bad idea to switch from bulking to cutting for the next 7 weeks while continuing to pin primo?
Why? I'm already bigger than I expected to get (people making too many comments, and I don't want to buy new clothes), and hitting PRs every week is aggrevating some old injuries. My bf % has gone down slightly during cycle, but I would like to lose a more fat. I'm thinking about:
1) Lower my calories by 300-500 per day
2) Switch to 3 days lifting (instead of 4) per week. Focus on intensity
3) Add 3 days fasted cardio per week
4) No carbs after 5pm; reduce carbs overall gradually during the 7 weeks
I would do this for 9 weeks (7 weeks pinning, and 2 weeks ater last pin) until start of PCT, then drop cardio and add calories to maintenance during and after PCT. Maintain for 3-4 months after PCT, then roll into a winter bulk.
Opinions or advice? Should I drop the primo dosage and/or throw in some var? Just abort the whole cycle right now and worry about cut next year?
