I'm wondering if anyone has had this issue before.
Drew up the last 1mL of oil out of the vial, then pushed the air between the oil and top of the syringe to draw more oil out of another vial. However I could not pull back on the syringe, nor could I push down, it was literally stuck. The only way it would move is if the needle was pulled off. At this point I decided it wasn't safe to use anymore so I put back on the needle and same issue.
Anyone else have this happen? I lost about 1.25mL of test
Also, how many of you inject the air into the vial before drawing? I sometimes do, but I had a vial explode once (was awhile ago I don't remember how) but it was along the lines of either injecting air and/or oil back into the vial. What's up with that? I'm afraid to inject 2-3mL or more of air into a vial because I think it's going to blow up.
