Hi, I am new to the forum and would appreciate some guidance.
I am finally beginning to train again, after a back injury downed me about six years ago. Needless to say, I am starting from scratch---and with about 10% extra body fat
I want to begin a regimen of HGH and T3. As a 43 year old woman, both would be of great benefit anyway. Can someone help me out with dosage info? As well as reputable companies to deal with too?
If anyone has any additional supplementation suggestions, feel free---my ears are open
BTW, I am 136 lbs and 23% bf.
