Tanning

I was wonderng how all the body builders and models on here get so TAN!! I know that not everyone can get that dark so what is the secret? Is it fake? If so then what is the product that does not turn orange and that stays deep and dark and does not blotch when it is wearing off?

You need a decent base tan first. Then it is all about using all the different products out there on the market. Even so, remember the pictures you see are ones from contests. That is like a couple of days out of the year, look at some BB'ers off season and they will be completely different.

Personally, i hit the beach in the summer, when i can (this summer its only been like 1 every two weeks unfortunately) and in the winter i'll try to hit the tanning salon as often as possible.

I can't tan though. I have gone to tanning beds of all different kinds and I never get tan....just a little bit darker but still white. I also just pack on more freckles so I guess from a distance I look darker!

Pro Tan and/or Dream Tan, no real tan is needed, but many do fake and bake as well, but for a show they still apply the Pro Tan and/or Dream Tan. It is necessary otherwise they would get washed out under the bright lights.
