Welcome to the forums:thumb:

15 is a great age to start training because your body is in the best state to gain lean mass.
As for your curent routine, youll probably want to separate chest/triceps and back/biceps because they are conflicting muscles groups(i.e. you work your triceps when you doing something like bench press for chest) You also need to throw your abs in there somewhere too.
You should also work on your diet. Eating right is half the battle when gaining mass. The biggest problem youll have when your eating is getting enough food to gain, you have to eat alot, but clean food though.(no more burgers:( ) Look into the D&N forum a bit and read the stickies.

Good luck:thumb:

You don't have to worry too much about abs because if you are training hard in the gym, they will inevitably get worked in other exercises (tricep pushdowns are great for abs!)

And burgers are fine, just make sure to go with extra lean ground beef, or even better, ground chicken or turkey; and dont put it on 2 pieces of white bread... I love making giant salads and throwing in pieces of hamburger or chicken that I grilled, topping it off with a little olive oil, vinegar and pepper.

Well it really depends.. you are at a great age to start training with weights, but how much more do you expect to grow? Going very heavy and pushing yourself to the max on weights could fuse your growth plates shut and halt your growth. If you haven't hit your main growth spurt yet, I would suggest doing lighter weight with higher reps until you are satisfied with your growth.

well i am 5'10 at the moment i am quite happy with my height .. could anyone suggest a good workout routine ... do you think i should do biceps and triceps together.. eg supersets, i know how to set mine out but i just need the basic muscle groups which work togethere and not to overtrain them

Well what are your goals?

you could try something like:

Monday: Chest and Bi's
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Back and Traps
Friday: Shoulder's and Tri's

Work in abs if you like about twice a week, and cardio is entirely dependant on your goals.

You also mentioned taking protein shakes, but only do so when you are sure your diet and training are in check.

The most important elements of building a better body are (in order):

1. Diet
2. Training
3. Supplements

(and don't forget sleep :))

I'm 19 now, started training consistently since I was about 17, and did some very light training in the gym when I was your age.

Yep, I think 5'10 is a great height... I only started actually growing a lot recently.. I was about 5'0 @ 17, and now I am 5'5 and still growin.

You weigh 66 kgs, and to my knowledge a lb is 2.2 lbs, so that means you weigh just over 145 lbs.. I am 5'5 as mentioned, and I am 140 lbs and lean.. You should definetly concentrate on bulking up a little bit. Don't worry just about benching, worry about your entire body. It's great that you want to train chest really hard, but make sure to hit every other muscle group hard as well.

Try out goin to the gym 4 days a week (Day 1: training day, Day 2: training day, Day 3: Rest, Day 4: Training Day, Day 5: Training Day).

k.. protein will help you build muscle, but you don't need to overload on it. Try to get about 150 grams of it per day, which is easily attainable through 1-2 whey shakes, drinking lots of milk, eggs, tuna, chicken, lean red meat, almonds, cottage cheese, etc..

But make sure you have balance as well. You need carbs and healthy fats as well. You can pick up some fish oil caps, eat up some fruit and lots of rice, as you need to gain weight.

truly make sure you are eating properly before you decide to use any supplements, for those substances are used to supplement your diet where it is lacking.

Also refer to all the stickies on the diet and nutrition board, they will help you greatly.
